Hi Everyone! I'm another adult "gifted" with adult ADD I'm also a single parent with three children (two of the three have ADHD), a nurse who works the overnight shift (12 hour shifts), I battle depression, and needless to say find my life very difficult to manage. I am a classic...allow my bills to pile up and find it difficult to follow through on some necessary responsibilities because it gets too overwhelming to me and so I become emotionally "paralyzed" and do nothing, which constantly creates bigger problems in my life. I have good intentions about everything but am always stuck by this overwhelming feeling of confusion and disorganized feeling. I am on medication which does help, however what I'd like to know is if there are actually services out there that provide adult ADD coaches for people like me to help me manage my life? I just feel so alone and scared all the time, I wish I had some guidance in my life. Even at 41 years old! If anyone out there has information they can post, I would greatly appreciate it!!! Thank you...Lisa
