Hi Jack, well, I can say that the Feingold Program helped my son, and now I am starting to see the benefits of it too. I had my candy stash adn all the things that he wasn't supposed to have. But looking at things in a different light, yes they do. It is about helping yourself, so you can't cheat, just as you can't cheat with the AA.....Good for you I must say for that. www.feingold.orgThis program has been a lifesaver. It might seem hard at first, but it gets easier. We weren't a family full of box foods anyhow, so it was easier for us. Good luck, e-mail me if you need to.
